JC Penney Loses Nearly A Dollar

J.C. Penney JCP shares are trading lower by $0.88 at $9.11 in Friday's session. The issue is just one of the many issues in the retail sector that is deep in the red. After attempting to clear the $10 hurdle over the last few months, the issue reached $10.04 off the open before reversing course.
