S&P 500 index futures were trading higher by five points at 2096 in Tuesday's session. A host of solid earnings report lifted the index in pre-market trading to 2105.25 before reversing course. That high corresponds with a pair of highs from last week on Wednesday (2105.50) and Thursday (2104.75). However, in the regular session it found resistance ahead of that high, reaching 2103.50 before dipping to 2093, which is two points above Monday's close (2091) and nearly four points above the pre-market low (2089.25). The all-time high for the index stands at 2010.25 and the all-time closing high rests at 2106.50. The
