U.S. stock futures were slightly lower this morning, with the Dow futures falling around 0.1% on Monday.

Shares of Eagle Financial Services, Inc. EFSI fell sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company released financial results for the first quarter.

Eagle Financial Services reported quarterly earnings of 62 cents per share, down from 72 cents per share in the year-ago period.

Eagle Financial Services shares dipped 5.8% to $30.51 in the pre-market trading session.
