Uber, Aptiv And A Major Airline Stock On CNBC's 'Final Trades'

On CNBC’s "Halftime Report Final Trades," Jim Lebenthal of Cerity Partners named Delta Air Lines, Inc. DAL, which is scheduled to report quarterly earnings on Wednesday. "Traffic is good, prices are high, should be a good report," he noted.

Delta Air Lines is scheduled to release earnings results for its first quarter, before the opening bell on April 10, 2024. Analysts expect the Atlanta, Georgia-based company to report quarterly earnings at 35 cents per share, up from 25 cents per share in the year-ago period. Delta Air is projected to post revenue of $12.55 billion for the quarter, compared to $11.84 billion in the year-earlier quarter, according to data from Benzinga Pro.

Stephen Weiss of Short Hills Capital Partners named Uber Technologies, Inc. UBER as his final trade.

On April 8, Wells Fargo analyst Ken Gawrelski maintained Uber with an Overweight and raised the price target from $90 to $95.

Jenny Van Leeuwen Harrington of Gilman Hill Asset Management, LLC picked Aptiv PLC APTV.

Aptiv is expected to release its first quarter 2024 financial results on May 2, 2024. Analysts expect the company to report quarterly earnings at $1.06 per share, up from 91 cents per share in the year-ago period. The company is projected to post revenue of $5.05 billion.

  • Delta Air Lines shares gained 2.1% to close at $47.01 on Monday.
  • Uber shares fell 2.8% to settle at $75.03 on Monday.
  • Aptiv shares rose 1.8% to settle at $76.07 during Monday’s session.
