On CNBC’s "Halftime Report Final Trades," Liz Young of BNY Mellon Investment Management named Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF (NYSE:RSP) as her final trade.

Jim Lebenthal of Cerity Partners said Citigroup Inc. (NYSE:C) is having a very good month and year, also outstripping the sector. "It’s been undervalued for a long time and I think it’s finally breaking out," he added.

Josh Brown of Ritholtz Wealth Management said Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:LYV) is trading at $77 right now, and he said it’s "way too cheap."

Stephen Weiss of Short Hills Capital Partners named Chevron Corporation (NYSE:CVX), saying the reopening in China is going to help the stock.

Chevron is set to announce Q4 earnings on Friday, analysts expect the company to announce earnings per share of $4.49 and revenue to come in at $52.9 billion.
