Jim Lebenthal of Cerity Partners said Citigroup Inc. C is having a very good month and year, also outstripping the sector. "It’s been undervalued for a long time and I think it’s finally breaking out," he added.

Josh Brown of Ritholtz Wealth Management said Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. LYV is trading at $77 right now, and he said it’s "way too cheap."

Stephen Weiss of Short Hills Capital Partners named Chevron Corporation CVX, saying the reopening in China is going to help the stock.

Chevron is set to announce Q4 earnings on Friday, analysts expect the company to announce earnings per share of $4.49 and revenue to come in at $52.9 billion.
