Shares of Vringo VRNG saw increased strength during Tuesday's trading session as investors continue to speculate that companies like Google GOOG and AOL AOL may have infringed upon Vringo's IP. Notable investors like Formula Capital's James Altucher and billionaire owner of the Dallas Mavericks Mark Cuban are still holding shares of Vringo. On April 2, Mark Cuban filed a 13G, disclosing a 7.4 percent ownership of Vringo, amounting to just over 1 million shares. Active investor, John H. Ford, wrote a bullish article Monday on Seeking Alpha, saying the settlement with Google could push shares to $30. Ford disclosed he was long on shares of Vringo. Tuesday, shares of Vringo traded up over 5 percent, at about $4.13 per share.
