Yesterday, Google announced that it has begun rolling out a new user interface for its Blogger service. Google says that it has rewritten the entire editing and administrator interface making it both quicker and more efficient for the end user. In addition, Google has refreshed the interface of Blogger to be more streamlined and allow you to perform certain functions from anywhere on the service.

Whether you're on a dashboard or settings page of blogger.com, you can always create or edit posts with just one click at the top of the screen. Additionally, the post editor has been expanded and simplified to give you a larger canvas for drafting and previewing your work.

Also, Google has launched a new feature that allows blog owners to view recent traffic numbers, comment activity, and follower counts.

The web giant is currently rolling out the ability to turn on the new user interface now and more information is available here: http://www.google.com/support/blogger/bin/answer.py?answer=1623800. Finally, Google says that this update is only one in a series of others coming to Blogger in the coming months.
