It is a drybulk shipping company, providing marine transportation services. The Company owns, operates and manages a fleet of dry bulk vessels that transport iron ore, coal, grain, steel products, cement, alumina and other dry bulk cargoes. Its customers include COSCO Bulk Carrier Co., Ltd, Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S, ED & F Man Shipping Limited, Transgrain, Far Eastern Silo and Shipping (Panama) S.A., and Hyundai Merchant Marine Co. Ltd. Its current fleet consists of six dry bulk vessels (four Supramaxes, one Panamax and one Kamsarmax) with an aggregate carrying capacity of 379,958 dwt. The Company's operations are managed by wholly-owned subsidiary, Globus Shipmanagement Corp., out of Athens, Greece. Its in-house commercial and technical management teams focuses on vessels. It owns each of its vessels through separate, wholly owned subsidiaries.
