Content creators MrBeast, Logan Paul and KSI have teamed up on a new food company called Lunchly that is taking on the well-known<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/equities/23/08/33960652/kraft-heinz-plans-to-offer-lunchables-to-school-cafeterias-sees-multi-billion-opportunity-report"> ready-to-eat Lunchables brand.</a>
What Happened: Food giant Kraft Heinz Co (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/KHC#NYSE">KHC</a>) may<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/equities/24/01/36680301/this-warren-buffett-favorite-just-made-a-golden-cross-bullish-signals-on-the-horizon"> have trouble ahead</a> for its Lunchables brand with Lunchly now in direct competition.
Lunchly was launched with the "goal of revolutionizing lunch" and providing a focus on quality ingredients, delicious flavors and healthier options for the grab-and-go lunch sector, the creators said.
There are three <a href="https://lunchly.com/">Lunchly </a>meal options at launch: Turkey Stack ‘Ems, Pizza and Fiesta Nachos. Each meal comes with a PRIME hydration drink and a Feastables bar. PRIME was launched in 2022 by Paul and KSI; Feastables was also launched that same year by MrBeast.
Paul said Lunchables has dominated the lunch grab-and-go market for years and Lunchly will provide a "better option" for people looking for convenience and healthy options.
Lunchly products will hit stores later this month. A search on the company's website showed Kroger Co (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/KR#NYSE">KR</a>) locations as stores that will carry the products.
MrBeast said Lunchly will provide healthier and "better-tasting options.
"Lunchly is all about giving kids a fun, grab-and-go meal that's not just delicious, but also good for them. We're here to change what lunchtime looks like for the next generation," MrBeast, aka Jimmy Donaldson, said.

The news also comes at a bad time for Lunchables, which said in August that it was ready to offer Lunchables in school cafeterias with a potential $25 billion opportunity.
MrBeast is the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/entertainment/24/07/39720279/mrbeast-celebrates-youtube-record-with-new-video-featuring-50-content-creators-competing-fo">most followed person </a>on YouTube with 315 million followers. PRIME has been one of the fastest growing beverages since it launched, hitting the <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/trading-ideas/23/11/35711957/logan-paul-ksis-prime-beverage-hits-1-billion-units-sold-should-pepsi-and-coca-cola-be-worried">one billion units sold milestone</a> in November.
Existing distribution deals that Feastables and PRIME have in place could help the company quickly land in retailers globally.
Bad news for Lunchables could also be bad news for billionaire Warren Buffett. Berkshire Hathaway Inc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BRK#NYSE">BRK</a>)(NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BRK#NYSE">BRK</a>) owns over 325 million Kraft Heinz shares and more than 25% of the company.

MrBeast, Logan Paul, KSI Team Up To Launch Lunchly, Take On Lunchables — And Warren Buffett

In 2022, Intel Corp (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/INTC#NASDAQ">INTC</a>) lost out to Advanced Micro Devices (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/AMD#NASDAQ">AMD</a>), a multiyear Sony Group Corp (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/SONY#NYSE">SONY</a>) PlayStation 6 chip deal, according to a Reuters exclusive report.
The sources told Reuters that tapping Intel would have posed backward compatibility issues, entailing higher costs and engineering resources, as AMD made the PlayStation 5 chip.
Intel fell out with Sony by failing to quote an appropriate selling price per chip after factoring in its profit share per chip sold to the PlayStation maker, the sources told Reuters.

According to Reuters, the five-year deal involving contract chipmaker Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TSM#NYSE">TSM</a>) could have contributed $30 billion to Intel.

Sony&#8217;s&nbsp;fiscal first-quarter 2024&nbsp;topline growth&nbsp;was 2% to $19.3 billion, beating the consensus of&nbsp;$17.19 billion.&nbsp;Game &amp; Network Services (G&amp;NS) revenue increased 12%.
Intel stock has been&nbsp;down over 48% in&nbsp;the last 12 months as it has failed to capitalize on the artificial intelligence shift.
This has forced it to weigh strategic options for Israeli autonomous driving company&nbsp;Mobileye Global Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/MBLY#NASDAQ">MBLY</a>)&nbsp;and its Enterprise Networking division.
The contract chipmaker bagged two wins in September, including $1.91 billion in Polish state grants for a new chip plant in the country and a <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/24/09/40864854/intel-bags-3-5b-contract-to-produce-chips-for-pentagon-report" rel="noreferrer noopener">$3.5 billion deal</a> to manufacture semiconductors for the U.S. military.
AMD stock is up 49% in the last 12 months as it succeeded in tapping the AI frenzy while <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/24/09/40820316/amd-gains-ground-in-ai-chip-market-oracle-exec-confirms-growing-demand-report" rel="noreferrer noopener">maneuvering its position</a> versus Nvidia Corp (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/NVDA#NASDAQ">NVDA</a>).

The rising valuation of NvidiaNVIDIA in 2024 has helped boost the wealth of Jensen Huang, the co-founder and CEO of the company that was once created inside <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/social-media/24/03/37879478/humble-beginnings-like-nvidia-reddit-was-founded-inside-a-restaurant" rel="noreferrer noopener">a Denny&#8217;s restaurant.</a>
Huang has a wealth of $90.5 billion, ranking 18th according to <a target="_blank" href="https://www.bloomberg.com/billionaires/" rel="noreferrer noopener">Bloomberg</a>. While Huang hasn&#8217;t cracked the top 10 list yet and would currently need to hit a wealth of $130 billion, the Nvidia co-founder is one of the fastest risers among the world&#8217;s richest people. Huang&#8217;s wealth is up $46.4 billion year-to-date in 2024.
That figure is more than the combined $41.83 billion gained by Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates. Musk, Bezos and Gates currently rank first, second and fifth, respectively, with their current wealth and year-to-date gains.

He also reiterated that Blackwell-based products will ship in the fourth fiscal quarter.
This indicates that Nvidia stock losing value would impact the S&amp;P500 and Huang&#8217;s wealth. However, Huang had snubbed <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/large-cap/24/09/40820349/nvidia-ceo-jensen-huang-admits-its-tense-as-surging-demand-for-blackwell-chips-sparks-customer-fru" rel="noreferrer noopener">geopolitical tensions surrounding</a> supplier&nbsp;Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TSM#NYSE">TSM</a>), voicing the possibility of switching suppliers.&nbsp;
Microsoft, Apple Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/AAPL#NASDAQ">AAPL</a>), and Nvidia have a combined weighting of 20% in the S&amp;P 500. Microsoft gained 31%, and Apple has risen 22% in the last 12 months as they remain invested in their AI goals.

MicroStrategy shares fell nearly 5% in regular trading Monday after Canaccord Genuity maintained its Buy rating, but lowered its price target on the stock from $185 to $173.

What Happened With MicroStrategy Stock Today?

Russia&#8217;s army will soon become the world&#8217;s <a href="https://understandingwar.org/backgrounder/russian-offensive-campaign-assessment-september-15-2024">second-largest army </a>behind China, leapfrogging the size of the U.S. and India armies.
President Vladimir Putin on Monday ordered the army&#8217;s size to be increased by 180,000 troops to 1.5 million active servicemen, a move that would take its overall size to 2.38 million people, Reuters reported.
This is the third time since the war with Ukraine began in February 2022 that Russia expanded the size of its army. This is happening as Russian forces advance in eastern Ukraine and try to expel Ukrainian forces from Russia&#8217;s Kursk region.
Andrei Kartapolov, chairman of Russia&#8217;s lower house of parliament&#8217;s defence committee, said the army expansion is part of a plan to revamp the armed forces and increase their size to match the international situation and behavior of &#8220;our former foreign partners.&#8221;

Since 2022, Putin has boosted the number of combat troops by 137,000 and then 170,000.

The Kremlin said it has no new mobilization planned for now and will keep relying on volunteers signing up to fight in Ukraine.
Adding more troops to its army will require Russia to boost its defense budget and possibly expand the draft size or change the law to allow more women to work in the military.

Thanks to supply-demand issues, uranium prices are at&nbsp;<a href="https://www.wsj.com/finance/commodities-futures/uranium-prices-jump-to-16-year-high-on-supply-woes-analysis-05c7086f">16-year highs</a>. And they&rsquo;re not likely to come down any time soon, creating an opportunity for beaten-down uranium stocks.



To start,&nbsp;one of the world&rsquo;s biggest producers of uranium, Kazatomprom just said, &ldquo;It will produce only 80% of its permitted maximum uranium output allowed under Kazakh subsoil usage contracts, instead of the previously announced 90% level,&rdquo;&nbsp;<a href="https://www.spglobal.com/commodityinsights/en/market-insights/latest-news/electric-power/020124-kazakh-uranium-miner-kazatomprom-says-will-produce-only-80-of-permitted-levels-in-2024">as noted by S&amp;PGlobal.com</a>.&nbsp;



&ldquo;The company had warned in a Jan. 12 statement about the potential to not meet the previously indicated 90% level due to the sulfuric acid issue and delays in completing construction works at newly developed [uranium] deposits.&rdquo;

All of which is creating a massive opportunity for uranium stocks.



<h2>Cameco Corp. (CCJ)</h2>

From there, it pulled back to about $40.53, where it&rsquo;s now oversold on RSI, MACD, and Williams&rsquo; %R. From here, I do expect CCJ to again test its former high shortly.&nbsp;



All because the supply-demand scenario isn&rsquo;t cooling. 



In fact, according to Cameco CEO Tim Gitzel uranium prices are soaring higher due to global factors that will &ldquo;persist for years,&rdquo;&nbsp;<a href="https://seekingalpha.com/news/4065272-uranium-markets-bullish-trend-to-persist-for-years-to-come-cameco-ceo-says">says Seeking Alpha</a>.&nbsp;&ldquo;Market tightness caused by supply chain challenges, ongoing mine depletion, declining secondary supplies, and a decade of underinvestment amid low market prices likely will persist well into the next decade,&rdquo;&nbsp;<a href="https://seekingalpha.com/news/4065272-uranium-markets-bullish-trend-to-persist-for-years-to-come-cameco-ceo-says">Gitzel added</a>.



With earnings, the company missed with EPS of C$0.21. However, its C$844 million revenue, up 61% year-over-year (YOY) did beat expectations. Better, its full-year 2024 guidance for C$2.85 billion to C$3 billion was also above estimates for C$2.81 billion.



<h2>NexGen Energy (NXE)</h2>

Currently trading at $7.05, the Canadian uranium company could rally back to its initial $8.25.



Helping, the company&rsquo;s Rook I Project is being developed into the largest, low-cost producing uranium mines in the world,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.nexgenenergy.ca/rook-1-project/#:~:text=Feasibility,-Study%20Highlights&amp;text=Extensive%20data%20collection%20and%20testing,uranium%20mine%20in%20the%20world.">according to the company</a>.&nbsp;



It also expects&nbsp;Rook I to produce about <a href="https://s28.q4cdn.com/891672792/files/doc_presentations/2024/NXE_CorpDeck_February-2024.pdf">30 million pounds of uranium</a>&nbsp;each year. Even better, it could provide 50% of Western supply at some point. And, while production hasn&rsquo;t started just yet, NXE says it could deliver a free cash flow (FCF) of $2 billion in the first five years.



Also,&nbsp;<a href="https://s28.q4cdn.com/891672792/files/doc_presentations/2024/NXE_CorpDeck_February-2024.pdf">as noted in its investor deck</a>, demand for uranium is expected to jump 127% by 2030. By 2040, demand will be up by 200%. All of which could create a massive 240-million-pound deficit. Worse, that will continue to widen as growth in annual demand is expected to triple by the time 2050 rolls around, as also noted by the company.



<h2>Denison Mines (DNN)</h2>

Even more impressive,&nbsp;<a href="https://finance.yahoo.com/news/denison-reports-impressive-financial-operational-011100912.html">according to President and CEO David Cates</a>,&nbsp;&ldquo;The sheer magnitude of Denison&rsquo;s numerous operational accomplishments in 2023 reflects an extraordinarily productive time for our Company. With the completion of the Phoenix Feasibility Study in June, we have cemented Phoenix&rsquo;s position as a globally leading uranium development project, showcasing Denison&rsquo;s industry leadership in the de-risking and application of the In-Situ Recovery mining method in the Athabasca Basin.&rdquo;



Better still, earnings haven&rsquo;t been too shabby either. For 2023, the company posted EPS from continuing operations of 11 cents &ndash; a 450% jump YOY.



<h2>Energy Fuels Inc. (UUUU)</h2>

With the supply-demand issue, the company has been <a href="https://finance.yahoo.com/news/energy-fuels-uuuu-commences-production-145900433.html">ramping up production</a> at three of its developed mines in Arizona and Utah. It&rsquo;s also preparing two other mines in Colorado and Wyoming with production expected in about a year. And it&rsquo;s advancing a few other larger-scale U.S. mines.



Earnings have been just as solid. EPS of 62 cents was up from a year-earlier loss of 38 cents. Revenue was up 203% YOY to $37.93 million from $12.5 million.&nbsp;



Even better,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/energy-fuels-announces-2023-results-record-net-income-and-earnings-per-share-uranium-production-ramp-up-and-near-term-production-of-separated-rare-earth-elements-302070233.html">as noted by the company</a>, &ldquo;As long as market prices are strong, we will continue to selectively capitalize on spot market sales opportunities as we ramp up our production, in ways that are unique to our Company, in 2024 and beyond, and with limited capital.&rdquo;



After dropping to about $6 a share, UUUU is slowly pivoting higher. From a current price of $6.33, I&rsquo;d initially like to see it retest $8.25.



<h2>Uranium Royalty (UROY)</h2>

Not only is it gaining exposure to uranium prices without ever having to deal with the risks and costs associated with mining, it&rsquo;s also seeing royalties, and receiving payments from uranium mine operators based on production or uranium project sales. It&rsquo;s also exposed to uranium streams, where it makes a payment to an operator in exchange for long-term rights to a fixed percentage of future production,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.uraniumroyalty.com/why-urc/business-strategy/">according to the company&rsquo;s site</a>.



At the moment, it has interest in properties operated by Uranium Energy Corp. (NYSEAMERICAN:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/uec-stock-quote/">UEC</a>), Cameco, enCoreEnergy (NASDAQ:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/eu-stock-quote/">EU</a>), PaladinEnergy (OTCMKTS:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/palaf-stock-quote/">PALAF</a>), and Energy Fuels to name a few of the top ones.&nbsp;



Helping, analysts at&nbsp;Canaccord just <a href="https://realmoney.thestreet.com/recommendations/uroy-uranium-royalty-price-target-raised-by-c-at-canaccord">raised their price target on UROY</a>.&nbsp;<a href="https://www.moomoo.com/news/post/30837259/hc-wainwright---co--maintains-buy-on-uranium-royalty--raises-price-target-to-----">H.C. Wainwright</a>&nbsp;also raised its price target price to $6.40 with a buy rating.&nbsp;



<h2>Sprott Uranium Miners ETF (URNJ)</h2>

With an expense ratio of 0.80%, URNJ is a pure-play junior uranium mining ETF that tracks the performance of mid-, small-, and micro-cap uranium-related stocks. Some of its top holdings include Paladin Energy, NexGen Energy, Uranium Energy Corp., Denison Mines, and Energy Fuels to name a few.



Over the last few weeks, the ETF did pullback from about $30 to $24.32. Now oversold, I&rsquo;d like to see the URNJ ETF revisit its prior high initially.&nbsp;



Also,&nbsp;<a href="https://seekingalpha.com/article/4662184-urnj-2024-is-a-year-for-the-junior-uranium-miners-to-outperform">as noted by Seeking Alpha</a>, &ldquo;Historical behavior suggests that small and mid-size uranium miners are likely to catch up and outperform in the near future, especially with potential catalysts&rdquo; such as the current supply-demand issue.



Higher uranium prices, and a recovery in oversold uranium stocks should boost URNJ near term.



<h2>Global X Uranium ETF (URA)</h2>

Since bottoming out in March 2023, the ETF ran from about $18 to a high of $32.60. Now at $27.46, it&rsquo;s also technically oversold. From here, I&rsquo;d like to see in initially retest its prior high and head higher with the supply-demand issues.



<a href="https://www.globalxetfs.com/funds/ura/">With an expense ratio of 0.69%</a>, the ETF offers exposure to companies involved with uranium mining, and the production of nuclear components, including extraction refining, exploration, and manufacturing. In fact, some of its top holdings include Cameco, NexGen Energy,&nbsp;Yellow Cake&nbsp;(OTCMKTS:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/yllxf-stock-quote/">YLLXF</a>), Denison Mines, and&nbsp;Boss Energy&nbsp;(OTCMKTS:<a href="https://investorplace.com/stock-quotes/bqssf-stock-quote/">BQSSF</a>) to name a few.



Helping, demand is likely to rise significantly, especially as countries look to nuclear energy, as a key energy source. Geopolitics will also send uranium prices, stocks, and ETFs, like the URA ETF to higher highs. That includes the U.S. ban on uranium from Russia.
