Artesian Resources Corporation Announces 2% Increase in Quarterly Common Stock Dividend

NEWARK, Del., May 09, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Artesian Resources Corporation ARTNA is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors approved a 2% increase in the quarterly dividend per share on the company's Class A and Class B Common Stock, which raises the annualized dividend rate to $1.136 per share. The quarterly dividend rate of $0.284 per share is payable May 26, 2023 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 19, 2023.

This marks Artesian's 122nd consecutive quarterly dividend paid to shareholders.
