NEW YORK, Jan. 31, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Legato Merger Corp. II ("Legato II") LGTOU LGTO, LGTOW))), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, today announced that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Meeting") has been set for February 14, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. EST. Stockholders of record as of January 24, 2023 (the "Record Date") are eligible to vote at the Meeting to consider the previously announced proposed business combination with Southland Holdings LLC ("Southland" or the "Company"), a provider of specialized infrastructure construction services, among other matters.
