ASA Computers Now Offering Ampere® Altra® Products and System Integration Services

ASA Computers is pleased to announce a new line of Ampere® Altra®-based servers and built-to-order ARM-based system integration services.

Customers now have a one-stop-shop for their ARM-based server needs for a complete and easy plug-and-play experience. The collaboration with Ampere will benefit customers who want to integrate ARM technology into their data centers and are seeking maximum power efficiency and performance. This offering reflects decades of gathered and applied industry knowledge to provide cloud, edge and data center market segments with a more diverse selection of innovative solutions and technologies. 

The Ampere Altra features up to 80 cores at up to 3.30 GHz and the Ampere Altra Max features up to 128 cores at up to maximum of 3.00 GHz. Both processors aim to drive efficiency in data center infrastructure workloads such as data analytics, artificial intelligence, database storage, telco stacks, edge computing, and web hosting. With industry-leading power efficiency/core and core count, plus multi-socket support, Ampere Altra processors provide the scalability to maximize the number of cores per rack, unparalleled in the industry.
