Unitil Declares Common Stock Dividend

HAMPTON, N.H., Oct. 24, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Unitil Corporation UTL (www.unitil.com) today announced that its Board of Directors declared the regular quarterly dividend on the Company's common stock of $0.365 per share, payable on November 29, 2018, to shareholders of record on November 15, 2018.  This quarterly dividend results in a current effective annualized dividend rate of $1.46 per share.
