Mizuho Hires Darlene Pasquill to Head Equity Division

NEW YORK, Oct. 24, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mizuho Americas today announced that Darlene Pasquill will join as a Managing Director and Head of its Equity Division. She will report to Jerry Rizzieri, President and CEO of Mizuho Securities USA, and will be responsible for expanding the firm's capabilities in equity research, sales and trading. Pasquill will join Mizuho's Management and Risk Committees.

"Darlene is a leader with a proven track record of client focus and product enhancements," said Rizzieri. "Her ability to identify and create synergies which leverage firm resources will further enhance our growth."    

Pasquill spent more than 20 years at Credit Suisse, most recently as Head of Americas Equities. She received a BS from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
