BidSellBuy to Gain Exclusive Marketing Rights to Non-Lethal Weapons for Personal Security Channel
New York, NY / ACCESSWIRE / November 24, 2014 / InternetArray, Inc. (OTC Pink: INAR) INAR, announced that it has agreed to enter into an asset exchange transaction with Safer Shot, Inc. SAFS, in which the Company will obtain the exclusive, worldwide marketing rights of Safer Shot's Non-Lethal personal security weapons in exchange for InternetArray's ownership interest in two social media platforms, SocialVoter.com and StockPlay.com. SaferShot's patented, proprietary technology that includes the Bouncer™, Bouncer M-11™ and the Safer Shot Mini™ non-lethal weapons, will be highlighted on the BidSellBuy Personal Security Channel. The two companies plan to work together coordinating and developing operational plans for each enterprise.
The contemplated transaction, will allow InternetArray, to further implement the BidSellBuy Personal Security Channel, and consolidate its development and operational focus on BidSellBuy and PremierPawnStar.
