Wytec Constructing 'Gigabit' High Speed Network

SAN ANTONIO, TX / ACCESSWIRE / October 27, 2014 / Wytec International, subsidiary of Competitive Companies Inc. CCOP, announced today that it is preparing for the construction of its "gigabit" high speed Small Cell network to be deployed in 30 U.S. markets by end of 2015. "We are very excited about our Small Cell deployment strategy utilizing our patent pending LPN-16," says William Gray-CEO of Wytec. The deployment strategy represents an extension to the Company's proprietary millimeter wave backhaul network. Wytec currently constructs a millimeter wave gigabit backhaul network, called the "Diamond Ring" consisting of a wireless "fiber-like" ring marketed by Wylink, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Wytec. The network has already posted speeds of over 170 Mbps to a smartphone and over 220 Mbps to a laptop. These speeds are expected to more than "double" with the LPN-16. Final testing of the LPN-16 is planned for December of 2014 with commercial deployment beginning as early as March of 2015. The thirty (30) city deployment is part of Wytec's Master Service Agreement (MSA) with Level 3 Communications.
