Urban Ag Corp's Microwave Expansion Project Begins Work on 6 Additional Towers for Tier One Carrier

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass., Dec. 9, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Urban Ag Corp. AQUM (the "Company"), announced today that Terra Asset Management, Inc. ("TAM"), an operating unit of its wholly-owned subsidiary Greenwire Enterprises, Inc., has begun work on an additional 6 microwave sites technology migration for the microwave expansion project for a tier one carrier. TAM has a total of 12 towers to install of which 2 have now been completed and are in operation.

In addition, B&R Telephone ("B&R"), an operating unit of its wholly-owned subsidiary Greenwire Enterprises, Inc., has been awarded the following projects to provide upgrade and expansion services for voice and data in the Corpus Christi area. The Company is providing equipment installation for Corpus Christi Health Department, St. Philips Episcopal Church, and Shop Trackers, and Fiber optic installation for City of Three Rivers ISD. In addition, B&R will be providing cabling and configurations for four Wal-Mart locations and three SAM's stores in Corpus Christi and Laredo. The Company will begin providing services and support for these projects immediately.

B&R has completed installations for Stripes Convenience Stores and CVS locations in Corpus Christi, Texas.
