HONOLULU, Nov. 1, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Territorial Bancorp Inc. TBNK (the "Company"), headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii, the holding company parent of Territorial Savings Bank, announces that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in its quarterly cash dividend on its common stock from $0.11 to $0.12 per share. The dividend is expected to be paid on November 29, 2012 to stockholders of record as of November 15, 2012.

I am also pleased to announce that based on our strong performance, we will increase our quarterly dividend from $0.11 to $0.12 per share of common stock."
