InfoSpace Changes Corporate Name to Blucora, Inc.

BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

InfoSpace, Inc. INSP today announced that it has changed its corporate name to Blucora, Inc. The name change was approved at the Company's annual shareholders meeting last month and is effective immediately. To reflect the change, the Company has also chosen to modify its NASDAQ ticker symbol. Blucora will trade on the NASDAQ under the symbol “BCOR” immediately upon the opening of market trading today, June 7, 2012.
