N.N. Jaeschke, Inc. (NNJ), an Associa company, proudly announces the addition of Kelley Brewster, CMCA, AMS, as a community association management supervisor, where she will oversee a team of community association portfolio managers and administrative assistants.

Brewster began her community management career in 1999, and has experience overseeing more than 280 communities representing more than 35,000 units. She has held positions as a business development manager and corporate trainer and served as the chief executive officer for a California community management company. Brewster effectively grew the first company by more than 300 percent in less than three years. She joined the Associa team in 2009 as president and CEO of Today Management.

During her career, Brewster has been responsible for the development and execution of strategic growth goals, along with guiding the management infrastructure and its support systems. She remains active in client relations, business development, contract management, strategic planning and training.

Brewster earned degrees in human development and business administration while attending Pacific Christian College and California Polytechnic State University. Additionally, she earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM) and the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). While in Georgia, Brewster served as the secretary of the Georgia Chapter of the CAI Legislative Action Committee, as well as performed local community service.
