Atrium Companies, Inc., the largest manufacturer of residential vinyl and aluminum windows and patio doors in North America, yesterday filed with the state of Delaware an amendment to its charter legally changing the company's name to Atrium Windows and Doors, Inc. The name change is part of the company's ongoing strategy to provide consistent market-leading products and services throughout multiple distribution channels across North America.
