Oceus Networks Adds CGO to Executive Team

RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Oceus Networks, a leading provider of broadband solutions to the Department of Defense, intelligence community, and federal government agencies, today announced the addition of Cal Shintani as senior vice president and chief growth officer (CGO). In the CGO role, Shintani will oversee business development, sales, capture and proposals, as well as assisting in merger and acquisition activities. Shintani is based out of the company's corporate headquarters in Reston, Va.

Shintani brings to Oceus more than 30-years of military and industry experience in the delivery and management of technology systems and services across the federal government. He is an experienced senior corporate level executive who has held numerous executive positions over the course of his career. In his prior position, he served as senior vice president and operating group manager at CACI, responsible for CACI businesses ranging from $50M to $150M. He has served in business development, capture and operations roles at Unisys, BTG, Veridian and Gray Hawk Systems. A 2003 ACT-IAC Partner, Shintani served as Industry Chair of the ACT-IAC Voyagers Mentor-Protégé program in 2007 and Industry Chair of IAC's Professional Development Advisory Committee from 2009 to 2010.
