What:

DemandTec, Inc. (DMAN), the collaborative analytics cloud for retailers and consumer product companies, will host the 6^th Annual DemandTec Retail Challenge Grand Championship Finals, a math scholarship competition for high school seniors, at the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York City's Times Square.

In honor of the occasion, Suzy Valentine, SVP of Science and Engineering, will announce the winners and winning students will ring the Closing Bell.
