Caduceus Software Systems Corp. Explores Sales Opportunities in the State of Indiana for its Software

Caduceus Software Systems Corp. CSOC - (The Company) is pleased to announce that it is exploring new sales opportunities within the State of Indiana.

Every State in the United States, all the provinces in Canada, and various jurisdictions in the United Kingdom, has propriety agencies to administer Electronic Health Recording (EHR), Electronic Medical System (EMS), and Electronic Medical Billing (EMB). Considering that Sygnit is an Indiana-based company and already conducted preliminary research into support from the State offices and governing bodies, our company together with its Advisors Sygnit, feel that the State of Indiana, is probably the most logical place to begin our Marketing and sales endeavour in North America.

Electronic Health Recording and Electronic Medical Billing are ways to streamline the process in private practitioner offices. Doctors will be able to record information and receive remittances much more efficiently, expeditiously and accurately with the state Department of Health.

Caduceus Software Systems and Sygnit have been in meetings to discuss the logistics of becoming a licensed vendor of Electronic Health Record systems. The process to becoming an approved vendor entails filing documentation and submitting samples of the software environment to the Medical Services Agency at the Department of Health. A formal review and approval is granted by the State to conduct trials, testing and vending of medical software to clinics and practices.
