R. Charles Shufeldt Appointed Advisor to PrimeRevenue Board of Directors

Charles Shufeldt has been appointed as Advisor to the Board of Directors. This addition strengthens an already robust team of Directors and senior leaders directing PrimeRevenue's global efforts and expansion.

Mr. Shufeldt is a Senior Advisor to Brown Brothers Harriman & Co (BBH). He started his career in 1976 at BBH in New York, moving to Atlanta in 1984 where he joined the predecessor of SunTrust Bank to start a corporate finance business for the bank. Over the course of his 23 year career at SunTrust, Charles held senior positions in corporate banking, capital markets, and investment banking. In 2003, he became Corporate EVP and head of the Corporate and Investment Banking line of business including corporate banking, investment banking, debt, and equity capital. Following his retirement from SunTrust in 2007, Charles rejoined BBH and spends most of his time working with their private equity business serving on a number of portfolio company boards. Charles has served as Chairman of the District Committee 7 of the NASD and the ABA Securities Association. He has been active in the Atlanta community having served as chairman of Young Audiences of Atlanta, the Atlanta Ballet, and is currently a member of the executive committees of PATH Foundation, Trees Atlanta, and the BeltLine Partnership. Shufeldt is a graduate of Washington and Lee University. He also earned a master's degree in international relations from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
