TigerLogic Corporation Announces Final Liquidating Distribution

PORTLAND, Ore., July 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- TigerLogic Corporation TIGR today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a second and final liquidating distribution of $0.0349 per share of TigerLogic's common stock. The final liquidating distribution will be paid on or about July 26, 2017. The Board has fixed the close of business on July 20, 2017 as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to receive the final liquidating distribution.

As previously announced, the Company sold its operating businesses during 2016 and filed a certificate of dissolution with the Delaware Secretary of State on October 31, 2016.  The Company previously paid an initial liquidating distribution of $0.09 per share in November 2016.

The Company has now substantially completed the winding-up of its operations and will not make any further distributions after the final liquidating distribution is paid.
