Appointment of Receiver Manager

CALGARY, Alberta, July 04, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- West Mountain Environmental Corp. (the "Company") WMT announces that today an order appointing KPMG Inc. as receiver and manager of the assets, undertakings and properties of the Company was granted by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta.  All of the Company's directors and officers have resigned with the appointment of the Receiver.
