Brandywine Realty Trust Announces Quarterly Dividends and Confirms First Quarter 2017 Earnings Release and Conference Call

RADNOR, Pa., March 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Brandywine Realty Trust BDN announced today that our Board of Trustees has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per common share, payable on April 19, 2017 to holders of record on April 5, 2017.  The Board of Trustees also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43125 for each 6.90% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Share, payable on April 17, 2017, to holders of record on March 30, 2017.

As previously announced, we will release our first quarter earnings after the market close on Wednesday, April 19, 2017, and will hold our first quarter conference call on Thursday, April 20, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. EST.  The conference call can be accessed by dialing 1-800-683-1525 and providing conference ID: 26573081.  Beginning two hours after the conference call, a taped replay of the call can be accessed through Thursday, May 4, 2017, by calling 1-855-859-2056 and entering access code 26573081.  The conference call can also be accessed via a webcast on our website at www.brandywinerealty.com.
