Walker & Dunlop Hires Experienced Investment Sales Professional

BETHESDA, Md., Jan. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Walker & Dunlop, Inc. WD announced today that Rob Coleman has joined Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales (WDIS) as Senior Vice President. Based out of the Company's Raleigh, North Carolina office, Mr. Coleman is responsible for the marketing and sale of multifamily assets across the southeast, with a focus on the North Carolina and South Carolina markets.

He was responsible for the management and operational success of nearly 15 thousand units across southeastern markets. During his tenure, Mr. Coleman oversaw the acquisition and sale of more than $2 billion dollars in multifamily assets. Mr. Coleman previously worked in the Development and Management Divisions at Trammell Crow Residential where he developed multifamily assets in North Carolina and South Carolina.
