UniPixel Announces 25th Design Win in 2016

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Dec. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- UniPixel, Inc. UNXL, a provider of Performance Engineered Films™ to the touchscreen and flexible electronics markets, today announced the receipt of its 25^th design win in calendar 2016. The new device, an 11.6-inch tablet, will feature UniPixel's XTouch touch screen sensors and will support stylus capabilities. The program award is from an existing customer.

Mr. Butler will focus on promoting customer satisfaction, streamlining new product introduction (NPI) processes that help scale volume production, provide strong technical support at customer locations, and assist in directing the company's continuous product improvement and enhancement programs.

Over a 17-year career Mr. Butler has extensive experience in management of multi-site, international customer support and manufacturing engineering operations in the semiconductor, TFT-LCD, and solar capital equipment space. He has held positions of increasing responsibility at companies including Photon Dynamics, Inc., Orbotech Ltd., and Orbotech LT Solar, LLC.
