Atlas Resource Partners Announces Suspension of Class D and Class E Preferred Unit Distributions

FORT WORTH, Texas, June 16, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Atlas Resource Partners, L.P. ARP today announced that its Board of Directors has elected to suspend ARP's 8.625% Class D Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Units and 10.75% Class E Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Units distributions, beginning with the second quarter 2016 distribution, due to the continued lower commodity price environment.
