Lotus Bio-Technology Enters Joint Development and Marketing Agreement with Successful Proprietor, Developer and Producer of Organic Consumer Products

PHOENIX, May 31, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Lotus Bio-Technology Development Corp LBTD, (the "Company") is pleased to announce that on May 7, 2016 the Company has signed a strategic exclusive, joint development and marketing agreement with Hunan Cangshi Biological Technology Co. Ltd (HC), to bolster sales and operate synergistically toward the strengthening of the Company's position in the industry.

Under the terms of the agreement, Lotus and HC will jointly and exclusively promote the entire line of quality products and services that are currently produced by HC. Lotus will offer their marketing expertise resources and HC will provide the products and services to create a synergistic relationship that will increase the chances of sales success in the emerging natural products markets in China.  In addition, HC will continue to innovate and develop new products with the assistance of Lotus.

Lotus Bio-Technology has diligently established long-term relationships and strategic partnership with various biological companies and medical distribution companies in China, including Phyto Nutraceutical Inc., which is developer, manufacturer, exporter and primary supplier of plant extracts and Changsha Huakang Biotechnology Development Co., Ltd, a company which specializes in extracting active ingredient from natural herbs and plants.
