Epic Stores Improves Merchandise Procurement with Product Supply Relationship with Las Vegas Rescue Mission

LVRM to Supply 100,000 Pounds per Month of Product

PHOENIX, AZ / ACCESSWIRE / May 4, 2016 / Epic Stores, Corp. ("Epic" or the "Company") EPSC, a second-hand goods retailer that operates retail stores in the United States, today announced a new product supply relationship with the Las Vegas Rescue Mission.

Under terms of the agreement, the Las Vegas Rescue Mission (LVRM) expects to supply approximately 100,000 pounds per month of quality clothing, furniture, and miscellaneous product to our Las Vegas and Phoenix markets. The relationship will eliminate a majority of the wholesale product supply Epic has sourced previously and will ensure a higher level of quality product at both a favorable and consistent price level.

"The Las Vegas Rescue Mission strives to be a model in the Las Vegas communities for hope and change with those in need," commented Brian Davidson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Epic Stores Corp. "The Mission was founded in 1970 to help those homeless and hungry. We could not be happier about working with an organization that has such deep roots in the Las Vegas community."

The agreement will provide Epic with consistent higher quality inventory compared to prior sourcing agreements. The Las Vegas Rescue Mission will receive a predictable revenue stream to help it execute its charitable efforts.

"We believe this arrangement will help both Epic and the Mission, as well as our customers," added Mr. Davidson. "This is exactly the kind of win-win-win scenario we seek to create as we continue to identify ways to serve our communities."
