PENSACOLA, Fla., April 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Gulf Power GUA today announced the redemption on May 18, 2016 of $125 million aggregate principal amount of its Series 2011A 5.75 percent Senior Notes due June 1, 2051.
The redemption price for the redemption of the Series 2011A 5.75 percent Senior Notes due June 1, 2051 will be 100 percent of the principal amount thereof ($25 per senior note), plus accrued and unpaid interest to the date of redemption.
As trustee, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association is expected to notify each registered holder by first class mail on April 18, 2016. Wells Fargo Bank, National Association is located at 150 East 42nd Street, 40th Floor, New York, N.Y. 10017.
