Eaton Vance Global Dividend Closed-End Funds Announce Appointment of Sub-Adviser

BOSTON, Dec. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Eaton Vance Management ("EVM") announced today that its London-based affiliate Eaton Vance Management (International) Limited ("EVMI") has been appointed sub-adviser to three U.S.-listed closed-end funds: Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Global Dividend Income Fund ETG, Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Global Dividend Opportunities Fund ETO and Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Global Diversified Equity Income Fund EXG (the "Funds"), effective November 16, 2015.  EVM is the investment adviser of each Fund.

EVM and EVMI are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Eaton Vance Corp. registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as investment advisers under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended.  The investment strategy of each Fund is jointly overseen by EVM and EVMI.  The portfolio managers of the Funds are as follows:
