Companies' partner to use SelectaDNA's patented DNA marking technology to ensure authenticity of collectibles sold on LegacyXChange's soon to-be launched e-commerce platform

LegacyXChange, Inc. LEGX ("LegacyXChange" or the "Company") is pleased to announced today that it has entered into an exclusive two-year technology partnership with CSI Protect, LLC, the licensed distributor of SelectaDNA, a provider of DNA-based anti-counterfeiting technology, exclusively for use in the sports collectibles and memorabilia markets, as well as other business verticals.

The agreement will allow LegacyXChange to provide ongoing verification of the authenticity of certain collectibles and memorabilia sold exclusively through its online ecommerce platform, LegacyXChange.com, which is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2016. The site is designed to enable celebrities, athletes, and creators of collectibles to manage and benefit from the sale and resale of their authentic collectibles. These transactions will be "Authenticated" by the use of a DNA marker which will ensure the highest level of product integrity for collectors, as well as managing electronic chain-of-custody to enhance the value of those items that will be sold on LegacyXChange.com. Original collectible sellers will have the extra added benefit of being assured of brand and pricing control. LegacyXChange.com will also require a higher level of authenticity for market resellers, as all signed third-party merchandise must be authenticated by one of the leading industry authenticators prior to listing. This in and of itself will increase the value of our brand and the integrity of our business model.

In exchange for the use of the DNA technology and the development of DNA autograph pens to be used for collectible signings, LegacyXChange will reference the authentication technology as "Powered by SelectaDNA and CSI Protect" in all future national advertising and promotions.
