NEW YORK, June 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Alliance New York Municipal Income Fund, Inc. AYN, a registered closed‑end investment company, today announced earnings for the Fund's second fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2015.

Total net assets of the Fund* on April 30, 2015 were $111,219,365, as compared with $114,343,173 on January 31, 2015 and $108,726,910 on April 30, 2014.  On April 30, 2015, the net asset value per share of common stock was $14.56 based on 4,836,261 shares of common stock outstanding.
