The Latin American Discovery Fund, Inc. Announces Adjournment of Annual Meeting of Stockholders

The Latin American Discovery Fund, Inc. LDF (the "Fund") announced today that the Fund's Annual Meeting of Stockholders originally scheduled for June 16, 2015 has been adjourned until June 30, 2015, to allow additional time for the solicitation of proxies. The reconvened Annual Meeting will be held at the offices of Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc., 522 Fifth Avenue, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10036, at 8:50 a.m. ET. Only stockholders of record on April 9, 2015, will be entitled to vote at the reconvened Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
