CyberSecurityJobs.com Launches Training Fund to Help Fill Demand for Cybersecurity Professionals

CyberSecurityJobs.com, the number-one platform for connecting cybersecurity talent and employers, announces a new training fund to help fill the rising demand for cybersecurity professionals. CyberSecurityJobs.com is committing with an initial investment of $100,000 and an additional 5% of its annual revenue into training and community initiatives.

The initial investment will provide 1,000 students with 12 months of access to leading cybersecurity training provider StationX's library of thousands of classes, virtual labs, practice tests and exam simulations.

"According to the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education's Cyber Seek website, there are currently over 435 thousand openings requesting cybersecurity-related skills. A recent ISC2 survey found that 60% of organizations believe a cybersecurity staffing shortage is putting them at risk," said Amelia Beronilla, Community Manager at CyberSecurityJobs.com. "We are excited to launch our training fund and make an impact by bringing new people into the industry and helping existing professionals gain the certifications they need to progress their career and better defend organizations from ever-increasing cyber threats."
