Stonehill Ranked Among the Largest Hotel Commercial Real Estate Lenders in U.S.

Stonehill, a commercial real estate direct lender, announced that it was ranked as the tenth-largest U.S. commercial real estate hotel lender by origination volume based on the 2021 Mortgage Bankers Association ("MBA") loan origination rankings. In 2021, Stonehill originated $822 million in loans across 30 transactions, with an average transaction size of $27.4 million.
