BRANCHVILLE, N.J., April 15, 2021 /PRNewswire/ – Selective Insurance today announced that 24 Selective employees have received the Certified Praesidium Guardian™ designation. This designation certifies that these individuals have completed the in-depth training and development set forth by Praesidium and that they are committed to the highest standards in sexual abuse prevention. With an additional 21 employees going through the rigorous certification process later this year, Selective employees represent the largest population of Certified Praesidium Guardians in the insurance industry today.

Selective partnered with Praesidium in 2018 to develop a multi-faceted risk management program for community and public services organization customers based on providing deep expertise, paired with Selective's broad coverage, to help prevent abuse and molestation.

Additional resources, including complimentary tools and training, help ensure that every customer has the opportunity to partner with Selective to instill best practices to help keep their community and vulnerable populations safe.
