AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 19, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit Hotel Properties, Inc. INN (the "Company") today announced that its 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held Thursday, May 13, 2021, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Central Time.  The meeting will be held at the Company's corporate office located at 13215 Bee Cave Parkway, Suite B-300, Austin, Texas 78738.  The meeting is open to all shareholders of record as of March 5, 2021.
