SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 18, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Extra Space Storage Inc. (the "Company") EXR announced today that the Company's board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.00 per share on the common stock of the Company for the first quarter 2021, an 11.1% increase from the previous quarter.  The dividend is payable on March 31, 2021 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2021.
