Syros to Present New Preclinical Data on SY-5609 at ASCO Virtual Scientific Program

Syros Pharmaceuticals SYRS, a leader in the development of medicines that control the expression of genes, today announced that it will present new preclinical data on the anti-tumor activity of SY-5609, its highly selective and potent oral cyclin-dependent kinase 7 (CDK7) inhibitor, in models of colorectal cancer. These data will be presented at the 2020 American Society of Clinical Oncology Virtual Scientific Program (ASCO20) taking place May 29-31. Syros will also present on the design of its ongoing Phase 1 trial of SY-5609 at ASCO20.
