Washington Prime Group Announces Timing of First Quarter 2020 Earnings Results

Washington Prime Group Inc. WPG today announced that financial and operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2020 are expected to be released after the close of market on May 7, 2020. Due to the unprecedented uncertainty from the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Company will not hold a first quarter earnings conference call. However, the Company expects to resume hosting its earnings conference call in subsequent quarters.

As previously announced, and due to COVID-19, the Company has withdrawn its full-year 2020 guidance issued on February 26, 2020. The Company is not providing updated guidance in conjunction with its first quarter 2020 earnings results.
