Filing of 2019 Annual Report on Form 20-F

LIMA, Peru, April 27, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Intercorp Financial Services Inc. ("IFS" or "the Company") IFS announced the filing of its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2019 (the "2019 Annual Report") with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). The Company filed a Form 6-K in this regard on April 22, 2020.

With the filing of its 2019 Annual Report under Form 20-F the Company complies with its reporting obligations with the SEC and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

The 2019 Annual Report includes the Company's financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted by the International Accounting Standards Board.
