NEW YORK, Aug. 01, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- August 1, 2019: Amalgamated Bank AMAL (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular dividend to common shareholders of $0.06 per share, payable on August 30, 2019, to shareholders of record on August 15, 2019.  The amount and timing of any future dividend payments to shareholders will be subject to the discretion of the Company's Board of Directors.
