Tennant Company Names Mary E. Talbott as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Tennant Company TNC, a leading cleaning solutions provider, announces the appointment of Mary E. Talbott as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective January 28, 2019.

Ms. Talbott brings more than two decades of legal experience including the last 19 years as a trusted legal and business advisor to boards of directors and multibillion-dollar global companies. Most recently, Ms. Talbott served as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary for General Cable Corporation BCG in Highland Heights, Kentucky. Previously, Ms. Talbott was Vice President of Law at Macy's, Inc. M in Cincinnati, Ohio, and served for nine years at Cincinnati-based The E.W. Scripps Company/Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. SSP SNI most recently as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Talbott holds her Juris Doctor from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University where she also completed her undergraduate degree.
