Ford Motor Company F and Ford Motor Credit Company will release their preliminary 2018 fourth quarter and full year financial results at 4:15 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Jan. 23.

Following the release, Jim Hackett, Ford president and chief executive officer, Bob Shanks, Ford executive vice president and chief financial officer, and members of Ford's senior management team will host a conference call at 5:30 p.m. ET to discuss the results.
