Monmouth Real Estate Announces New Acquisition In Savannah, GA

FREEHOLD, N.J., Nov. 30, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation MNR today announced the acquisition of a new 126,520 square foot industrial building located at 505 Morgan Lakes Industrial Boulevard, Savannah, GA at a purchase price of $27,832,781. The property is net-leased for 10 years to FedEx Ground Packaging System, Inc., a Delaware corporation. The building is situated on approximately 29 acres.
